Karen Carroll has extensive experience in human resources and marketing, currently serving as a Human Resources Coordinator at Door Systems ASSA ABLOY since April 2016, following the acquisition of Overhead Door Company of Charlotte, where Karen worked from December 2000 to April 2016 as Pay Application/Contract Administrator and Payroll Specialist, and Director of Marketing. Prior to that, Karen held the position of Assistant Director of Marketing at the NC Blumenthal Performing Arts Center from November 1988 to August 1999. Karen Carroll is an alumnus of the University of North Carolina at Charlotte.
