Tetiana Babiy

Tetyana Babiy is an experienced professional in human resources and organizational development, currently serving as the Director of People Strategy and European Operations at DOOR3 since January 2014. In this role, Tetyana is part of the Senior Leadership Team, focusing on talent acquisition, employee engagement, and strengthening company culture across Europe. Tetyana's extensive background includes management consulting for startups, serving as Chief People Officer at Ring Ukraine, and leading HR functions at Grammarly, where responsibilities ranged from recruitment to employee retention. Tetyana has also held HR leadership positions at Sonopia and HVB Bank Ukraine and has contributed to various consulting projects for organizations such as the International HIV/AIDS Alliance. Tetyana is currently pursuing an MBA in Digital Transformation at the University of Zurich, complementing earlier qualifications in psychology and business from other esteemed institutions.
