Kathryn Wright is a seasoned marketing professional with extensive experience in lifecycle marketing and customer relationship management. Currently serving as the Head of CRM & Retention Marketing for DoorDash in Canada, Kathryn leads a team focused on engaging and retaining millions of customers through personalized messaging and robust consumer lifecycle programs. Prior to this role, Kathryn spent over six years at Kabam as the Director of Lifecycle Marketing & Consumer Insights, where strategic initiatives contributed to the success of notable mobile games. Kathryn’s career also includes pivotal roles at Great Canadian Gaming Corporation and Tourism Surrey, where data-driven strategies and targeted campaigns significantly enhanced customer engagement and increased sales. Kathryn holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Marketing with a Minor in Psychology from The University of British Columbia.
