Leon Choi

Leon Choi is a seasoned professional with a diverse background in customer experience and data analytics. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Customer Experience S&O at DoorDash since July 2020, Leon previously held the position of Manager in the same department. Prior to DoorDash, Leon worked as a Business Intelligence Analyst at Airbnb from December 2018 to May 2020. Leon's experience also includes roles as a Data Scientist and Product Analyst at Applied Materials from May 2014 to December 2018, and various analytical and marketing positions at Lam Research from June 2009 to September 2013. Leon Choi earned a Bachelor of Arts in Business/Managerial Economics from UC Irvine and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from California State University - East Bay.
