Pavel Astakhov

Pavel Astakhov is an accomplished leader in product management, currently serving as the Head of Data Product at DoorDash since January 2025, where responsibilities include overseeing teams focused on core platforms and infrastructure services. Prior to this role, Pavel held the position of Senior Director of Product at BitGo from January 2024 to December 2025, leading various product teams in financial services, and previously directed product initiatives in prime brokerage. At Banked, from January 2022 to December 2024, Pavel was the Director of Product for global payments, spearheading product development for open banking across multiple regions. Pavel’s earlier experience includes significant roles at Uber, where efforts concentrated on marketplace platforms, and as a cofounder and Chief Product Officer at AppAll Mobile. Pavel holds a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from UC Irvine and a high school diploma from University City High School.
