Peter Esmond is a seasoned professional in account management and customer success, currently serving as Senior Director of Account Management for DoorDash since 2020. Previously, Peter held various leadership positions, including Vice President of Operations at Pared, where oversight of Go To Marketing operations was essential, and Vice President of Restaurant Success at Resy, leading a global Customer Success organization. Peter also built the Customer Success organization at Reserve, which was acquired by Resy in 2018. As Founder and CEO of Set for Service, Inc., which created one of the first SaaS-based table management systems in hospitality, Peter demonstrated entrepreneurial leadership. Past roles include Managing Consultant positions at STARR Restaurants and The Roosevelt New Orleans, as well as Director of Operations at Rouge Tomate. Peter's expertise is supported by training from the Startup Leadership Program and an ongoing education at the University of Southern California.
