Shilpa Arora

Shilpa Arora currently serves as General Manager and Senior Director of Strategy & Operations for DoorDash in Canada, a role held since June 2021. Prior to this, Shilpa held various senior positions at CIBC from August 2018 to June 2021, overseeing strategy and operations management, digital enablement, and product development in personal banking. Shilpa's experience spans notable roles at Loblaw Companies Limited, Bank of Montreal, Deloitte, and Ernst & Young, focusing on strategy, innovation, corporate development, and valuations. Academic qualifications include an MBA in Analytical Finance and Strategic Marketing from the Indian School of Business, a Chartered Business Valuator designation, and a Bachelor's in Architectural Design from the School of Planning and Architecture, New Delhi. Shilpa was recognized with a Key Contributor Award in 2019.
