Steve Gomez

Steve Gomez currently serves as the General Manager at DoorDash, focusing on the development and growth of New Use Case businesses with P&L ownership. Previously, Steve worked as a BizOps Advisor and Fractional Leader from January 2018 to September 2024, collaborating with Seed to Series B startup founders to enhance growth and scalability. As Chief Operating Officer at LiveControl from January 2021 to January 2022, Steve held P&L responsibility and successfully reorganized teams and sales strategies to achieve profitability. At DogVacay, from January 2015 to January 2017, Steve was the SVP of Marketplace and Product, where efforts in acquisition and retention significantly improved new guest conversion. Earlier in 2014, Steve was the General Manager for Southern California at Airbnb, leading the market to achieve over 100% year-on-year growth. Steve holds an MBA from the Stanford University Graduate School of Business and a BBA in Finance from the University of Notre Dame.
