Melanie Koss has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. In 2010, they worked as a Public Affairs and Advocacy Advisor for the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Israel at the Embassy of Israel in Australia. From 2011 to 2012, they served as a Student Advocate at Monash University. Melanie then pursued an internship in the Masters Program for Conflict Resolution and Mediation at Tel Aviv University from 2012 to 2013. In 2013, they worked as a Trainee Lawyer at HR Legal in Australia.

In 2015, Melanie joined PhraseTech as a Product Manager, where they worked closely with company leadership and R&D to refine the outputs of their Natural Language Generation algorithm. Melanie also managed a team of content managers and data managers. Following this, they moved to Yotpo, where they held the positions of Content Marketing Manager from 2017 to 2018 and Customer Marketing Manager from 2018 to 2020.

Melanie then joined Zencity in 2020 as a Product Marketing Manager and later transitioned to the role of Product Manager until 2022. Most recently, in 2021, they became a Fellow at Nevo Network, an exclusive network of Olim talent in the Israel tech ecosystem dedicated to personalized professional development and mentorship.

Melanie's current role is Senior Product Marketing Manager at DoorLoop, which they started in 2023.
