Manik Koul has a diverse work experience spanning from 2014 to the present. In 2014, they worked as an Engineering Intern for MAHLE Behr GmbH & Co. KG. In 2015, they worked as a Trainee and Workshop Manager for Tata Motors. In 2017, they worked as a Sales Engineer for Best Engineering Aids & Consultancies. Since 2018, they have worked for DoorMonk, taking on the roles of COO, Vice President of Sales, and Lead Sales Operations. As Lead Sales Operations, Manik was a core team member of a Start-Up (Food Tech) and helped Hospitals to deliver the best food service experience. Manik also worked on Nutrimonk, an R&D unit of DoorMonk, to craft/design a menu for reducing hospital visits.
