Doorstead
Jennifer Bronzo is the Co-Founder and COO of Doorstead. Jennifer has over 10 years of experience in the construction and real estate industry. Jennifer was a property manager and project manager for Maywood Construction, a construction and real estate company located in the Bay Area. Jennifer was also a freelance designer and product manager at Gigster. Jennifer was the lead designer and/or product manager for over 30 projects (ex. mobile and web apps), and they were one of the top designers on Gigster's platform. Jennifer is also a founding partner of Little Giants Consulting. Jennifer has a degree in finance from the University of California, Berkeley.
Jennifer Bronzo attended the University of California, Berkeley, where they earned a B.S. in bioengineering and biomedical engineering. Jennifer is also a graduate of Y Combinator.

Jennifer has a wide variety of colleagues, including those in charge of growth, engineering, design, product operations, sales and partnerships, legal, marketing, finance, and product. Her team is also led by a chief technology officer. Many people report to her, including a VP of operations.

Doorstead (“Opendoor for Rentals”), started by a team from Uber and Maywood Construction is leveraging big data and operations technology to disrupt the $50B+ property management industry. They are pioneering a new class of risk-free property management (iRenting) by providing landlords guaranteed rental income, regardless of occupancy (e.g. $5,500/mo starting in 28 days).
