Angel Barber, M.Ed., has extensive experience in educational and support roles, particularly in special education and social services. Currently serving as a Client Assistant at Doorways for Women and Families since August 2014, Angel previously held positions including Resident Teacher at KIPP DC-Grow Academy, Instructional Assistant at The Auburn School, and Therapeutic Group Leader at Adoptions Together. Additionally, Angel has worked in various capacities, such as Special Needs Instructional Assistant and Reading Tutor, demonstrating a strong commitment to supporting children with diverse needs. Angel holds a Master of Education in Special Education and Teaching from The George Washington University and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Trinity Washington University.
