Sjaak van Heukelum

Sjaak van Heukelum is an experienced professional with a diverse background in business development, marketing, and innovation. Currently serving as Partner and Director at Doorwerkgever since January 2013, Sjaak focuses on facilitating projects, knowledge transfer, and specialized tasks through the Doorwerkregeling. As a Founding Partner and Advisor at Toekomst-in-Zicht since January 2019, Sjaak co-developed a method for supporting employees toward retirement in collaboration with Norwegian partner CXS. Prior to these roles, Sjaak held several key positions, including Manager Innovation at Eureko - Achmea and Director of Marketing and Sales at Achmea Pensioenen, along with roles at Mandema & Partners and Nationale-Nederlanden.
