Niveen Atef has worked in various roles across multiple companies since 1997. Niveen began their career at Lokma Group as an Assistant to the General Manager in the Import & Export Suppliers Department. In 1999, they moved to IQ Management Consultancy Group as an Office Manager. From 2001 to 2004, they worked as a Medical Sales Representative for Pfizer. Niveen then worked at Four Seasons Hotels at Nile Plaza from 2004 to 2008, first as a Sales Marketing Coordinator and then as an Executive Assistant for the Sales & Marketing Division. From 2008 to 2010, they were a Cairo Project Coordinator at Comprehensive Care International - CCI. From 2010 to 2016, they worked at Credit Agricole Egypt as a CSD Assistant Manager in the Retail & Private Banking Division, a Relationship Assistant Manager in the Private Banking Division, and a Relationship Officer in the Small & Medium Enterprises Division. Finally, from 2016 to present, they have been the Head of Accounts Opening at dopay, where they manage clients' A/Cs activation process, provides training sessions to success executives, and identifies opportunities to optimize the process of clients' A/Cs opening workflow.
Niveen Atef completed their IGCSE in Science at Sacred Heart School, Bahrain from 1995 to 1996. Niveen then pursued a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration at The American University in Cairo from 1996 to 2000. In 2008, Niveen obtained a Project Management Professional Certificate from Regional Information Technology Institution (RITI) and a Diploma in Project Management from the same institution in 2009. In 2019, they obtained a Digital Marketing Professional Certificate from the Canadian Chamber of Commerce in Egypt and a Diploma in Digital Marketing Professional from the same institution.
