Michael Loyd Jr.

Michael Loyd Jr. began their professional career in 2010 as a Marine Officer in the United States Marine Corps. In 2018, they co-founded the Dope Coffee Company, where they served as the CEO. In 2020, they co-founded Dope Coffee Music.

Michael Loyd Jr. began their educational journey at Mount Tabor High School, graduating in 2002. Michael then attended Wake Forest University, where they earned a B.A. in Theirtory in 2006. In 2007, they went on to North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University, where they earned an M.S. in Adult Education in 2009. Finally, from 2017 to 2020, they attended the Cameron School of Business at UNC Wilmington, where they earned a Master of Business Administration in Finance, General.
