Ewelina Gozdziak

Ewelina Gozdziak has a variety of work experience in talent acquisition and business development. In their current role as Chief of Staff at DOPS DIGITAL, they oversee the company's operations. Prior to this, they worked as a Talent Acquisition and Business Development Manager at DOPS DIGITAL, where they helped transform software development and delivery processes for customers. Before joining DOPS DIGITAL, Ewelina held roles at Talent Works International as a Technical Talent Acquisition Specialist and a Global Talent Acquisition Consultant. In these positions, they worked with startups, scale-ups, and established brands to deliver ambitious hiring plans. Ewelina also worked as a Technical & IT Talent Acquisition Specialist at Mews Systems, Virgin Media Business, Amadeus, Expedia, Sage, and Akamai, recruiting for various technology roles and supporting recruitment processes. Ewelina started their career at REED Talent Solutions as a Senior Resourcing Consultant, where they built successful relationships with hiring managers to fill recruitment requirements. Ewelina also worked at Industria Personnel Services Ltd as a Resourcing Contracts Manager and a Resourcing Administrator, providing recruitment solutions across different sectors.

Ewelina Gozdziak has a diverse education history. Ewelina obtained a Bachelor's degree in Management from Poznan University of Economics And Business, where they studied Management from 2008 to 2011. In the same period, they also pursued a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Business Administration, Management, and Operations from Poznan University of Banking. Furthermore, they earned a Bachelor's degree in Management with a specialization in Logistics and Supply Chain Management from Wyższa Szkoła Bankowa w Poznaniu from 2008 to 2012. Finally, they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in International Logistics and Trade Finance from the University of Northampton in 2011-2012.
