Tara Cook is an experienced Project Manager at DORA Construction Limited since March 2023 and the Owner of Tlclifestylesolutions, providing personal training, online health coaching, and Reiki sessions since November 2018. Tara's educational credentials include a Fitness Trainer degree from ISSA and a Diploma in Drafting Architectural from Nova Scotia Community College, alongside expertise as a Sports Nutrition Specialist.
