Jonathan Baker

Jonathan first started in the renewable energy business in 2007 with Gamesa Energy in Philadelphia. After several years of wind development in PJM he relocated to Chicago where he worked in MISO and SPP as a wind and solar developer for companies such as Acciona, EDF Renewables, and most recently Lincoln Clean Energy (Orsted). His focus has been in large wind projects with complex local community and permitting considerations and enjoys taking projects from early stage to construction. Either through direct development or M&A, he has worked on approximately 800 MW of assets now under operation. He graduated from University of Pennsylvania with a degree in Political Science and Environmental Studies and received his MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
