Jacquel Hajder

Jacquel Hajder is an accomplished professional in economic development and real estate, currently serving as the Director of Development Southeast at Doran Companies since March 2021. In this role, Jacquel oversees a variety of key functions including property due-diligence, entitlements, market research, project management, financial modeling, construction management, and maintaining property stability. Prior to this position, Jacquel held several roles focused on economic development and housing, including Economic Development Specialist at Anoka County Regional Economic Development and Housing and Economic Development Coordinator for the City of White Bear Lake. Jacquel began a career in economic development as an Economic Development Specialist in the City of Fridley and as an Economic Development Assistant in Elk River. Jacquel holds a Bachelor's degree in Real Estate Development from the University of St. Thomas and has a foundational education in Business from Anoka Ramsey Community College.
