Rodney Hines

Rodney Hines has been working in the sales and recruitment industry since 2017. Theirmost recent role is as an Inside Sales Representative at Doran Manufacturing, LLC, which they started in 2023. Prior to this, they worked as a Recruiter in Training at Total Quality Logistics from 2022 to 2023. Rodney was responsible for sourcing candidates, managing the entire recruiting life cycle, and developing relationships with hiring managers and peers. From 2021 to 2022, Rodney worked as a Technician Acquisition Recruiter at Divisions Maintenance Group, where they were responsible for finding leads, cold calling, networking, and onboarding technicians. Theirfirst role was as a Sales Associate at Sherwin-Williams from 2017 to 2021, where they assisted customers in person and over the phone, and was also a key holder responsible for opening/closing the store and making bank deposits.

Rodney Hines began their educational journey in 2011 when they graduated from Du Pont Manual High School with a High School Diploma in Math/Science/Technology. From 2015 to 2021, they attended Northern Kentucky University and earned a Bachelor of Science in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General. From 2017 to 2018, Rodney also attended the University of Louisville.
