Grant Russell

Grant Russell has a diverse background in management and training within the healthcare sector, particularly in ophthalmology and aesthetics. Since January 2016, Grant Russell has held multiple roles at Dutch Ophthalmic Research Center, including Regional Director for PASA and the Middle East, Japan, Africa, and Australasia, as well as Global Training Manager. Prior to this, Grant Russell served as Business Unit Manager at Genop Healthcare from August 2009 to January 2016, and worked as a Sales Force Effectiveness Trainer at CBM Training. Grant Russell began their career as a Business Unit Manager for Instrumentation at Alcon Laboratories, Inc. Grant Russell holds a National Diploma in Electrical Engineering from the University of Johannesburg and completed a Management Advancement Program at Wits Business School.
