Kathy Cloutier

Kathleen Cloutier has served as the Executive Director in various not-for-profit organizations, overseeing the development of new programs and services, increasing financial viability through cost controls and fund development, and implementing quality improvement initiatives. Kathleen has extensive experience in financial management, contracting, and negotiation, as well as in supervising various departments and implementing IT systems. Kathleen also holds a dual MBA degree in Management from Purdue University and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Bay Path University.
