Agnes Kroese

Agnes Kroese is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in leadership and development within humanitarian and organizational contexts. Currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer at Dorcas since May 2019, Agnes previously held the role of Country Director for South Sudan at both Dorcas and ZOA Dorcas South Sudan. Prior experience includes significant contributions at Red een Kind, where Agnes managed the Expertise & Development department and led Institutional Relations and Fundraising efforts, establishing strong partnerships with international donors. Earlier roles involved grant consulting and team coordination in humanitarian sectors, supported by a Master’s Degree in Humanitarian Action from Ruhr University Bochum and a Bachelor’s Degree in International Development Studies from Wageningen University & Research.
