Leotha N. Hull

Mr. Hull is a native of Wicomico County, Maryland, where he received his elementary and secondary education. He holds a Bachelor of Science Degree from Bowie State College, and a Master’s of Education Degree from Salisbury State College. Mr. Hull taught in Somerset County for two years, before transferring to Dorchester County Public Schools. During his 37 years in education in Dorchester County he served as a teacher for 30 years, and as a school administrator before retiring in 2002. He is an active civic and community leader, and has served on many Boards of Directors for organizations and agencies. He is a member of the Dorchester County Branch of the NAACP; and has been an elected member of the Dorchester County Board of Education representing District 2 since 2014. Mr. Hull’s wife Jacquelyn, is a retired teacher, and they have one daughter, a granddaughter, and a great-grandson.
