Tripp Aldredge

Tripp Aldredge is an accomplished educational leader with extensive experience in school administration. Currently serving as Principal at Fort Dorchester High School in Dorchester School District 2 since July 2018, Tripp previously held principal positions at Jay M. Robinson High School and Harris Road Middle School within Cabarrus County Schools, the latter of which achieved top rankings in student growth and performance. Tripp's career also includes roles as Assistant Principal at Central Cabarrus High School and Croatan High School, contributing to significant improvements in graduation rates and program development, including the STEM magnet program. A strong advocate for the performing arts, Tripp has directed numerous award-winning music programs and served in various leadership roles within educational and community organizations. Tripp holds a Specialist in Education degree in School Administration/Superintendency from The Citadel, alongside a Master's in School Administration and a Bachelor's in Music from East Carolina University.
