Sarah Hawley

Clinical Director: Thrive Center For ABA at Dordt College

Sarah Hawley has a diverse background in behavior therapy and education. Sarah started as a Senior Behavior Therapist at The Lovaas Institute in 2002 and later worked as a Therapist at Behavior Care Specialists. Sarah then moved on to become a Behavior Specialist at Sioux Center Christian School before taking on the role of Clinical Director at Dordt University's Thrive Center for ABA in 2020. Their expertise spans over 18 years in the field.

Sarah Hawley completed their Master's degree in Special Education with a focus on Autism Spectrum Disorder at the University of St. Thomas from 2015 to 2017. Sarah obtained their BCBA certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board in 2018 and became a Licensed Behavior Analyst in 2020 from the State of Iowa-State Board of Behavioral Science.
