Karen Dasilva

Karen DaSilva, MS IT, PMP, currently serves as the Manager of Business Intelligence and Analytics Technology at Dorel Juvenile since 2018, where responsibilities include providing technical and analytical services to enhance margins, sales, and reduce expenses while managing a diverse multinational team. From 2005 to 2019, Karen held the position of Technical Instructor for Assabet After Dark Adult Education, focusing on developing technical classes based on participant feedback. Karen's previous experience at IBM from 2009 to 2018 involved collaborating with global teams as a Senior System Analytics Team Lead Analyst and TM1 Expert, while also coaching finance professionals in Agile analytical solutions. Early career work includes a role as a Senior IT Application Development Engineer and Project Manager at Cognos (formerly Applix) from 2006 to 2009, where Karen specialized in performance testing and application maintenance. Karen holds a Master of Science in Information Technology from Bentley University.
