Marcelo Alva Custodio is a seasoned eCommerce professional with extensive experience in leading digital sales strategies across Latin America. Currently serving as Jefe de Ecommerce at Dorel Juvenile since July 2021, Marcelo focuses on maximizing sales performance and ensuring margin compliance through effective user experience (UX/UI) and traffic acquisition strategies. Previous roles include Senior eCommerce Analyst at PeruRail, Digital Marketing Consultant at DomoEmpresarial, and several marketing and customer service positions at NG Restaurants S.A. and MacsterPc. Marcelo holds an MBA in Digital Talent from IEBS Biztech School and has pursued digital transformation studies at Platzi, along with educational experiences at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and the University of Pennsylvania.
