Neeraj Kumar

Neeraj Kumar has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Neeraj started their career as an Industrial Engineer at Dominant offset Ltd in 1999 and then worked as the Group Leader & HOD of Industrial Engineering at Minda Huf Ltd from 2003 to 2004. Neeraj then joined Hero Cycles Ltd as a Deputy Manager in Manufacturing Engineering from 2004 to 2006. Neeraj went on to work at Dr. Reddys Laboratories Ltd as the Operational Excellence and Facilitator for the Viable Vision Project from 2006 to 2010. Neeraj then moved to Ranbaxy Laboratories Ltd as a Senior Manager in Operational Excellence from 2010 to 2014. Neeraj's next role was at SUN PHARMA, where they served as the Operational Excellence Lead, achieving significant throughput improvements from 2014 to 2019. Currently, they are working at Dorf Ketal as the Associate Vice President of Business Excellence, responsible for driving improvement in key business metrics and implementing best practices.

Neeraj Kumar attended the Indian Institute of Technology, Roorkee from 1995 to 1999, where they obtained their Bachelor's degree (B.E.) in Industrial Engineering. In terms of additional certifications, Neeraj obtained a Six Sigma Green belt in June 2007. Later on, they achieved the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from PMI, USA in December 2015. In August 2018, Neeraj earned the Lean Six Sigma Black belt certification from Benchmark Six Sigma. In January 2021, they became a Business Excellence Assessor on the EFQM model through the Confideration of Indian Industry. Lastly, in February 2021, Neeraj obtained the Qimpro Certified Qualitist - Level 3 certification from Qimpro Consultants Pvt. Ltd.
