Prashant Agarwal

Prashant Agarwal has extensive experience in the field of regulatory affairs and quality assurance. Prashant is currently employed at Dorf Ketal as the Global Head of Chemical Regulatory. Prior to this, they worked at Privi Speciality Chemicals Ltd. for almost a decade, where they held the position of Head of Regulatory and was responsible for ensuring global regulatory compliance and product safety in various industries. Before that, they worked at Dynamic Orbits Advisory Pvt Ltd / REACHLaw Ltd and Jubilant Organosys Ltd in regulatory affairs roles.

Prashant Agarwal completed their education at various institutions. From 2003 to 2006, they attended Kirori Mal College at the University of Delhi, earning a Bachelor of Science degree in analytical chemistry and analytical biochemistry. Following this, they pursued a Master of Science degree in Chemical-Industrial Applications at Jamia Hamdard from 2006 to 2008. In 2011 and 2012, Prashant Agarwal enrolled in Raj Global Pharma, where they earned a Post Graduate Diploma in Regulatory Affairs for Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients (APIs).

In addition to their formal education, Prashant Agarwal has obtained several certifications. These include a Certificate of Course Completion in IMDG Code e-learning, certified by DNV-GL from Exis Technologies Ltd - Hazcheck, which they obtained in February 2022. Prashant also received a Certificate of Competence in working with OpenLCA software for product lifecycle assessment from GreenDelta GmbH. Prashant Agarwal further gained qualifications as an IRCA Certified Lead Auditor in QMS (ISO 9001:2008) from SGS, as well as an Internal Auditor in IMS (ISO 9001 & ISO 14001) from the same institution. Prashant has also received training in various areas, such as Responsible Care, Analytical Approaches to Current Food Safety Issues, SMETA Responsible Sourcing, and Indian EHS Regulatory Affairs. Lastly, Prashant Agarwal was awarded for outstanding performance by Privi Organics Ltd.
