Jeffrey S. Seigel, Esq. serves as Counsel in the Corporate Department at Dorf & Nelson LLP, leading the Contract Review Group in a law firm with over 40 attorneys, specializing in Contracts, Corporate Law, Data Privacy, Employment, Healthcare, Real Estate, and Construction Law since September 2022. Prior to this role, Jeffrey contributed to the Labor & Employment Discrimination Project as a Privacy and Compliance Legal Expert, overseeing critical employment-related documents and technical court documents from January 2018 to February 2023. Earlier experience includes 16.5 years as Director of Business Development at Pavarini Construction / Structure Tone Organization, where key efforts supported a global construction management entity, along with a position as National Account Manager at Zayo Group, responsible for lucrative real estate contracts. Jeffrey has also shared knowledge as an Adjunct Lecturer at NYU-POLY and holds a JD in International Law from the Elisabeth Haub School of Law at Pace University, alongside multiple certificates in Sustainability, Cyber Security, Privacy Law, and Healthcare Data Security from prestigious institutions.
