Ravi Lambi

Ravi Lambi has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Ravi co-founded Dori Incorporated in 2018 and currently serves as the CTO. At Dori, they lead the development of an AI-powered video intelligence platform that improves efficiency and process compliance in various industries.

Prior to Dori Incorporated, Lambi worked at goTenna from 2016 to 2018 as the Director of Software Engineering. There, they led the architecture and development teams to create an IoT portal and the industry's first Wireless Mesh device for enterprises and consumers. Ravi also built a strong engineering team and doubled its size.

In 2016, Lambi co-founded Xenolytics, where they built a top-class Data Science team specializing in Big Data, Machine Learning, and Regression. Ravi led the team to deliver machine learning models with high accuracy for various domains, including chemical composition identification and image identification. Ravi also developed a NLP engine for text data analysis and summarization.

From 2016 to 2016, Lambi worked at Petra Systems, Inc. as a Manager of Software. There, they led the engineering team to develop a Hadoop-based analytics platform for managing IoT devices. Ravi also built a new analytics engine and a log analytics engine for fault prediction.

Prior to joining Petra Systems, Inc., Lambi served as the Senior Director of Engineering at Exar Corporation from 2013 to 2015. Ravi led the Data Compression and Security (DCS) business unit engineering team, where they developed compression and encryption offload products for storage and analytics acceleration. Ravi also built a Hadoop analytics platform for better data management.

From 2010 to 2013, Lambi worked at Altior Inc., formerly known as CebaTech, Inc., as the Director of Engineering. Ravi established the Networking products group and built the networking team from scratch. Ravi successfully delivered a 10G packet parser during their tenure.

Between 2009 and 2010, Lambi worked as a Sr. Manager at Ikanos Communications, where they led the development of network processor architecture and software for DSL Home Gateways and Wireless backhauls. Ravi significantly improved network performance and video throughput during this time.

From 2005 to 2009, Lambi worked at Conexant Systems, Inc. as a Sr. Manager (Systems Engineering). Ravi led the development of network processor architecture and software for various markets, including DSL, PON, and Wireless.

Earlier in their career, Lambi held engineering management positions at GlobespanVirata Semiconductor and Globespan Semiconductor, where they worked on network processor architecture and software development.

Throughout their career, Lambi has demonstrated strong leadership skills, building and mentoring engineering teams, and delivering innovative solutions in various domains utilizing AI, machine learning, and data analysis technologies.

Ravi Lambi pursued their Bachelor of Technology degree in Computer Science from Karnatak University from 1986 to 1990. Afterward, they attended Rutgers University - Newark, obtaining their Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Finance from 2002 to 2006.
