Sascha Winkler

Sascha Winkler serves as the Head of Marketing & Channel Management at DORMA-Glas GmbH since October 2021, overseeing global marketing efforts, key account management across Eastern Europe, the Middle East, APAC, and AMER, and the management of private label/OEM initiatives. Prior to this role, Sascha held the position of Head of Sales & Marketing, directing sales, marketing, and product management with a focus on several European regions and implementing corporate design and KPI structures. Sascha's experience also includes five years as Segment Business Owner DACH & EMEA at dormakaba, where business development and market analysis were key responsibilities. Earlier roles at DORMA-Glas GmbH involved product marketing management in Germany and Central Europe, with initial experience as a warehouse employee and completion of an apprenticeship as an industrial clerk at Hanse-Berufskolleg des Kreises Lippe.
