Andrea Barcia

Andrea Barcia has a diverse work experience across various industries. Andrea started their career at Decathlon Internacional in 1998, where they worked as an International Financial Business Process Organizer. In 2001, they joined Ciba as the Head of Financial Process and Data for the South Europe Region.

Barcia then moved on to Whirlpool Corporation in 2006, where they held two roles. First, they served as the Financial Controller for Customer Service in Italy and South East Europe. Later, they became the CFO of Whirlpool Iberia, where they played a key role in business performance analysis and decision-making.

In 2013, Barcia joined dormakaba and took on the role of Managing Director for Silca South America. Andrea successfully executed the integration of a local player and drove significant financial improvements. Andrea also served as the Vice President for the Latin American Region Key Systems, overseeing operations in four business units.

Barcia's most recent role at dormakaba was as the Vice President of Acquisition, where they managed the end-to-end process of mergers and acquisitions and ensured successful integration and value creation for the company.
