Joana Witt has extensive experience in internal and corporate communications, currently serving in Global Internal Communications and Internal Communications DACH at dormakaba since April 2021. Prior to this, Joana was the Manager of Corporate Affairs at McDonald's Deutschland from January 2019 to April 2021, focusing on sustainability communication and national campaigns. Joana's career includes roles such as Internal Communications Specialist at ProSiebenSat.1 Media SE and Project Assistant at Johanssen + Kretschmer Strategische Kommunikation. Joana has also contributed as a Chairwoman for PRSH e.V., a Research Assistant at Hochschule Hannover, and has completed internships at various organizations, including Burson-Marsteller and Continental.
