Justin Crotzer

Justin Crotzer has extensive experience in engineering and leadership roles. Justin is currently serving as the Senior Vice President of Global Access Hardware Solutions Product Development at dormakaba. Prior to this, they held positions such as VP & Executive Board Member at the Builders Hardware Manufacturers Association and IAB Board Member at Indiana University-Purdue University Indianapolis.

In terms of their work with dormakaba, Justin has also served as the Senior Vice President of Innovation & Engineering at dormakaba Americas and as the VP of Product Development for the US & China. Before joining dormakaba, they worked as the Director of Engineering at dormakaba and held various roles at STANLEY Security, including Global Director of Engineering and Global Program Manager.

Earlier in their career, Justin worked at STMicroelectronics as an Equipment Engineer and at Nortel in roles such as Validation Engineer and System Integration Engineer.

Justin Crotzer completed their Associate of Applied Science degree in Electronic Control Systems from Parkland College between 1999 and 2002. Justin later pursued a Bachelor's degree in Electrical & Computer Engineering Technology at Purdue University from 2002 to 2005.
