Lorenzo Dai has a variety of work experience in the field of Learning & Development and project management. Lorenzo started their career as a Training Supervisor at Shanghai Hongqiao Friendship Shopping Center Co., Ltd. in 2004. Lorenzo then worked as a Senior Training & Development Specialist at Yanfeng Adient Seating, where they organized leadership development programs and supported new plant launches. In 2011, they became a Training & Development Supervisor at Danfoss Power Solutions.
Next, they joined Ford Motor Company Asia Pacific in 2013 as an AP Learning (Talent) & Development Lead and later took on the role of a Smart Mobility Strategy Project Manager. In this role, they led various projects, including developing the Zeus 2 business model and forming strategic partnerships for smart shuttle businesses. Lorenzo also worked on business model innovation, such as developing a pilot project with Shanghai municipal traffic information center.
Currently, Lorenzo is the Deputy Vice President Learning & Development APAC at dormakaba, where they are responsible for organization development and implementing talent development strategies to support future business growth. Lorenzo has also been involved in the design and launch of a Culture Shift initiative under the Shape4Growth global business transformation.
Lorenzo Dai earned a Bachelor's degree in Physics from East China Normal University, completing their studies between 2000 and 2004.
