Marianne Attiger

Marianne Attiger has extensive experience in Human Resources, specifically in the areas of compensation and benefits. Marianne has held various leadership roles in renowned companies such as dormakaba, Adecco, Actelion, and Swiss Re. Most recently, they served as the VP Human Resources Total Rewards at dormakaba. Prior to that, they were the DVP Global Compensation and Benefits at dormakaba for three years. Marianne also worked at Adecco as Group Reward for two years. Marianne has a strong background in global compensation and benefits, having held positions such as Head Global Compensation and Benefits at Actelion, Institut Straumann AG, and Basler Versicherungen. Marianne's expertise in these areas dates back to the late 1990s when they worked at PwC in international assignment outsourcing and consulting, and at Swiss Re as Group Compensation and Benefits.

Marianne Attiger earned a Master's degree in Law from the University of Basel from 1987 to 1992. Marianne also holds additional certifications including a Global Remuneration Professional (GRP) from WorldAtWork and has completed the St. Galler Finanzlehrgang program from the Management School St. Gallen.
