Robert Pauzer has extensive experience in project management and sales within the construction and technical sectors. Currently serving as a Senior Project Sales Manager at dormakaba since July 2014, Robert has held various roles including Project Sales Manager for Croatia, Slovenia, and Bosnia & Herzegovina, and Technical Sales Representative. Prior experience includes Project Development Manager at bauMax AG, where responsibilities involved developing new services and achieving financial objectives, as well as leadership roles in construction and management with companies such as Staklo Piletić d.o.o. and Zekić sistemi d.o.o. Robert's career began as a Construction Assistant with the Ministry of Culture and spans over two decades, highlighting a strong foundation in building construction technology. Education includes a degree from Construction School Pakrac and coursework at "PUO" Zagreb.
