Rossella Pagot is a seasoned financial executive with extensive experience in finance and administration across various industries. Currently serving as Senior Vice President Finance for Key & Wall Solutions and OEM at dormakaba Group since January 2018, Rossella previously held the role of Senior Manager Finance & Administration at Silca S.p.A. and was involved in controlling implementation at MASCHIO GASPARDO S.p.A. Rossella's background includes significant leadership as Group Administration Budget & Control Director at Permasteelisa Spa, where management of a team and oversight of financial reporting according to international standards were key responsibilities. Initiating a career at KPMG Italy, Rossella advanced through various roles, ultimately managing audits for major financial clients. Rossella holds a degree in Economics from Università Ca'​ Foscari Venezia and completed education at Liceo Scientifico with top honors.
