Prior to this role, Sandeep worked as Asst. Manager - Service Operation at ThyssenKrupp (Elevator) India from July 2010 to June 2012, and as Team Leader at Schindler India Pvt. Ltd from May 2004 to June 2010. Sandeep's career began at Otis Elevator India, where Sandeep held the position of Service Examiner from August 1994 to April 2004. Sandeep holds an EMBA in Operations from United Business Institute and a PGDBA in Industrial Management from the Welingkar Institute of Management.
