Christine Mobley

Christine Mobley has extensive experience in talent management, belonging, and diversity, equity, and inclusion (DE&I). Christine currently holds the position of VP, Talent Management and Belonging at Dorman Products, which they have held since August 2019. In April 2021, they also took on the role of VP, Talent Management and DE&I at the same company. Prior to joining Dorman Products, Mobley worked at L3 Technologies as the Director of Organizational Development from August 2012 to July 2019 and as the Manager of Human Resources from December 2008 to August 2012. Before L3 Technologies, they served as a Manager of Human Resources at Aramark from October 2006 to December 2008. Christine'swork experience also includes a role as a Human Resources Generalist at Tyco Healthcare Solutions from July 2004 to October 2006 and as a Human Resources Assistant at David's Bridal from July 1999 to October 2004.

Christine Mobley has a Master's degree in Human Resources from Penn State University and a Master's degree in Leadership from the University of Phoenix. Christine also holds a Bachelor's degree in Business from Muhlenberg College. In addition, Christine has obtained several certifications including 360 Certification from Korn Ferry, Change Management from Prosci, and Crucial Conversations from VitalSmarts, among others.
