Dre Alicea

Dre Alicea is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in infrastructure management, data engineering, and diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Infrastructure at Dorman Products since January 2024, Dre oversees network infrastructure, servers, and collaboration systems while leading a team of system administrators. Prior to this role, Dre guided complex data solutions at Wawa, Inc. as a Senior Data Engineer and led DEI efforts at David's Bridal as Director of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion. With a solid background in systems engineering and database management, Dre has held various managerial positions that emphasize cross-functional collaboration and operational excellence. Dre holds a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations from the University of Pennsylvania and attended The Hotchkiss School.
