Nishith Pattanayak

Nishith Pattanayak is a seasoned sourcing manager with over a decade of experience in procurement and supply chain management. Currently at Dorman Products since June 2012, Nishith oversees purchasing and strategic sourcing for a $20 million spend in India, establishing the entire supply chain for Dorman Automotive products. Key responsibilities include developing procurement practices, managing supplier relationships, and ensuring compliance with legal and quality standards. Prior to Dorman, Nishith served as an Associate Procurement Manager at Global Sourcing, where procurement exceeding $40 million was managed, and as an Assistant Manager at Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd, coordinating part development activities and supplier evaluations. Nishith holds a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Utkal University and an additional qualification from the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta.
