Shiva Menon

Shiva Menon has over 20 years of work experience in various roles and companies. Shiva started their career as a Product Development Engineer at Alcatel-Lucent in 1997 and worked there until 2002. Shiva then joined Newell Rubbermaid as a Product Development Engineer before transitioning to the role of Product Manager in 2005. In 2008, they joined Armstrong World Industries as a Product Manager and worked there until 2011. In 2012, they briefly worked as a Product Manager at The Eastwood Company. In 2013, they joined Dorman Products and held several positions, including Product Management Director - Mechatronics until 2018, Director - Undercar, Engine Management Business Units until 2020, and currently holds the position of Director - Driveline Business Unit.

Shiva Menon's education history includes completing a course in Strategic Management: Competitive and Corporate Strategy at Wharton Online in 2020. Additionally, Shiva has a degree in Automotive Aftermarket Leadership 2.0 from Northwood University. Furthermore, Shiva participated in the Product Management Program at the University of California, Berkeley, Haas School of Business. Shiva also holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a specialization in Strategy & Marketing from Penn State University. Shiva's educational background also includes a Master of Science (M.S.) degree in Mechanical Engineering from Tennessee State University and a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) degree in Mechanical Engineering from Bharathiar University.
