Ismael Charif Alonso

Ismael Charif Alonso is an experienced Agile Coach and Scrum Master with a strong background in leading Agile transformations and managing Scrum teams across various organizations. Currently employed at Dorna Sports since July 2019, Ismael has been instrumental in enhancing Web and Mobile development teams through training, facilitation, and mentoring in Agile methodologies. Prior roles include serving at Scytl Innovating Democracy, where Ismael established Scrum teams, and Altran, where a multifaceted approach was taken by managing Agile teams and fulfilling roles as Scrum Master, Product Owner, and Project Manager. Ismael's early career involved technical roles in programming and systems administration at various companies, complemented by a solid educational foundation that includes a Master’s in Business Administration and degrees in informatics and telecommunications.
