Katie Knopf is an experienced professional with a strong background in management within the food and beverage and retail sectors. Currently serving as Recruiting Manager at Dorney Park & Wildwater Kingdom since March 2022, Katie has previously held key positions including Director of Retail at Aramark and Director of Waterpark Food & Beverage at Kalahari Resorts & Conventions. With extensive experience in various managerial roles at Dorney Park, including Director, Food & Beverage and Foods/Catering Area Manager, Katie has developed a robust skill set in operations and team leadership. Katie holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Wingate University and completed secondary education at Jim Thorpe High School.
