Kelly Dilbeck has extensive experience in administrative and support roles, currently serving as an Administrative Assistant at Dorney Park & Wildwater Kingdom since March 2007, where responsibilities include enhancing communication and support for the Vice President & General Manager. Additionally, Kelly holds the position of Board Member and Shareholder Relations Committee Chairperson at Evansville, Inc., a Native village corporation, since July 2017. Previous roles include Assistant Swim Coach at YMCA of the USA and Event Coordinator at Doyon Foundation, which focuses on enhancing opportunities for Doyon shareholders. Early career experiences include positions such as Lifeguard and Tribal Management Trainee, along with serving as Front Desk Supervisor at Fountainhead Development, Inc. Kelly earned a Certificate in Tribal Management from the University of Alaska Fairbanks between 2002 and 2004.
