Christine Way Mason, SPHR - SHRM-SCP has over 13 years of experience in human resources, with a focus on leadership and organizational development. Christine is currently working as a Human Resource Business Partner at Dornier MedTech. Previously, Christine worked as a Corporate Director of Human Resources at Shashi Group LLC from October 2017 to January 2021. At Sonesta Hotels, they served as the Director of Human Resources and was responsible for leading the HR function, implementing communication plans, and facilitating a leadership retreat. Prior to that, Christine worked as the Director of Human Resources at Santa Cruz Dream Inn, where they played a key role in driving operational success and participated in contract negotiations. Christine started their career at Columbia Hospitality as a Sr. Human Resources Manager and later took on the role of On-Boarding Manager.
