From 2005 to 2014, Scott served as an Executive Chef and Managing Partner at Max Restaurant Group. Scott then became the Chief Operating Officer at DORO Restaurant Group in 2016.
Scott Miller attended Southern Connecticut State University from 1993 to 1996, earning a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration. Scott also attended the Connecticut Culinary Institute from 1994 to 1996, obtaining a Degree in Culinary Arts.
